 | Our 2010 Volunteer of the Year volunteers in almost every area of the Chapter. In Disaster Services, Yolanda is an active DAT, DSHR member (also deploys to out of town disaster response) and this year became our new Emergency Shelter Manager. In Health & Safety, she does "Scrubby Bear" programs to teach young children the importance of washing hands. She works at blood drives for Blood Services. She worked the Apple Fest parking fundraiser and grilled Hot Dogs at at a couple more fund raisers. She has represented the Chapter at various community festivals and events... and she works at the front desk when needed. Whew! We’re glad Yolanda has lots of energy and we're glad that she's a Red Crosser!
A HUGE THANK YOU to ALL of our volunteers! Each day you make the great work of our Chapter, and the American Red Cross, happen .....
You are Red Crossers!
